Boxer Jalapeño is a new concept from the Pasture/boxer stable, a brand of premium spirits that stand apart from regular spirits categories and flavours. A distillation of Jalapeño peppers, the spirit is spicy on the nose but using the rotary evaporator means there’s no burn. Each bottle is hand painted with a wooden stopper that has been burned in Japanese shou sugi ban style. With very limited runs and releases, the team plans on releasing spirits on a monthly basis, a combination of permanent flavours (like the jalapeño) and seasonal one-offs.
