it was to see the fab­u­lous new-look Cui­sine when it ar­rived in my let­ter­box! I might have three kids un­der six, but Ginny Grant’s Chop Chop fea­ture means I’ve al­ready man­aged to get through a fair few recipes – the smoked fish pie was a par­tic­u­lar high­light for my whā­nau. And luck­ily for me, last week my good friend Camille ar­rived with her own copy of Cui­sine, all set to whip up an un­for­get­table feast. The high­light? Sarah Tuck’s beau­ti­ful booze-soaked crepes. Drip­ping with a a smooth rum caramel sauce, they were the per­fect end to a fairly booze-soaked evening! Thanks Cui­sine, keep up the good work.
