On the 24th & 25th of Oc­to­ber in Christchurch Eat New Zealand and The Restau­rant As­so­ci­a­tion co-pre­sented a food event called Hui; The Most Im­por­tant Food Con­ver­sa­tion in New Zealand. It was an op­por­tu­nity to bring to­gether peo­ple from all as­pects of New Zealand food to imag­ine what we want for our food sys­tems, busi­nesses and na­tional di­rec­tion.
