THE FUTURE OF NZ FOOD

On the 24th & 25th of October in Christchurch Eat New Zealand and The Restaurant Association co-presented a food event called Hui; The Most Important Food Conversation in New Zealand. It was an opportunity to bring together people from all aspects of New Zealand food to imagine what we want for our food systems, businesses and national direction.
