We bring you the win­ners of our Cui­sine Good Food Awards 2018 high­light­ing New Zealand’s very best chefs, restau­ra­teurs and din­ing ex­pe­ri­ences. We also bring you the win­ner of our Cui­sine Ar­ti­san Awards and high­light our pick of the top 20 New Zealand ar­ti­san prod­ucts for 2018. Both of these awards events are an im­por­tant part of sup­port­ing the hos­pi­tal­ity in­dus­try and driv­ing the New Zealand food and drink con­ver­sa­tion. It is a priv­i­lege and a re­spon­si­bil­ity that we take very se­ri­ously.

At this time of year, most of us are usu­ally still a lit­tle in de­nial about the ap­proach­ing fes­tiv­i­ties. It’s the sea­son for a good glass of bub­bles too, and so our Cui­sine wine team have iden­ti­fied the best cham­pagnes and sparkling wines to com­ple­ment your fes­tive fare and help you raise a glass or two #cuisinestyle. And we have a very spe­cial gift for you, as it’s that time of year when friend­ships are trea­sured and tra­di­tions re­spected. We’ve looked back through our Christ­mas is­sues across 30 years and picked a se­lec­tion of win­ning recipes from our Cui­sine fam­ily of writ­ers and recipe de­vel­op­ers past and present.
