The Igus range of bearings is vast, from plain press-fit bearings to linear lowmaintenance self-lubricating linear slide units. The innovative products from Schmalz for vacuum technology is also in our product range – including vacuum components, gripping, clamping and lifting systems, and is also from Germany. The lifting systems tick the health and safety box for your workforce. From Italy we have the Pneumax range of pneumatic products from valving, air service units to air cylinders and metal and technopolymer push-fit pneumatic fittings.
We have the technical support of these and other progressive companies and their vast experience. This is supported by local knowledge of the products and its many applications. We are able to consult with industry to advise the correct solution for the toughest applications and environments in most situations.
Also, we have a light engineering department for the manufacture of pneumatic cylinders, and the build and service of drum motors.
We have a team that is passionate and dedicated about what they do, and the product they supply. This means we provide product and service that is exceptional, and you can rely on our team for all your needs.
An excellent example of the Schmalz innovative products is the vacuum clamping system MultiClamp. It allows small and mediumsized work pieces to be clamped ergonomically. Work pieces can be processed on all sides without having to be reclamped.
The unit works by using an integrated vacuum generator created using compressed air. The Multi-Base allows for stage-less 360° rotation and 90° swivel ability. As the Multi-Clamp uses compressed air there is no requirement for a separate expensive vacuum pump and the flexible five-axis Multi-Base allows the user to alter the position of the work piece while clamped.
