FOUR WAYS WITH apple cider vinegar

1 REFRESHING DRINK:

20ml with ice, lemon slice and water

2 MORNING DETOX:

20ml with 20ml lemon juice, tsp honey, 1 tsp grated ginger and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Dilute with water

3 SOOTHING TEA:

20ml with hot water, manuka honey, lemon, cinnamon

4 DRESSING:

125ml with 80ml olive oil, 2 tablespoon­s lemon juice, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey.
