David and Jo Phillips, of David Phillips Ltd, have been grow­ing pump­kin seeds for 15 years. Or­gan­i­cally-grown and sprayfree, they are de­li­cious and nu­tri­tious. An in­cred­i­ble 5 to 7 tonnes are har­vested ev­ery year and 20 kilo­grams are sent to or­ganic food shops. David and Jo’s favourite way to eat them is roasted and salted. Avail­able in selected or­ganic shops.
