David and Jo Phillips, of David Phillips Ltd, have been growing pumpkin seeds for 15 years. Organicall­y-grown and sprayfree, they are delicious and nutritious. An incredible 5 to 7 tonnes are harvested every year and 20 kilograms are sent to organic food shops. David and Jo’s favourite way to eat them is roasted and salted. Available in selected organic shops.
