This Marlboroug­h Sounds label – founded by Andrew Bailey – was ‘stoked’ to take home the dish Magazine Trophy for Champion Pinot Gris for their Pinot Gris Marlboroug­h 2018. We talk to winemaker Emmanuel Bolliger.

WHATS THE STORY BEHIND THIS WINE?

It’s our first vintage of pinot gris; we wanted to make a drier style, and think we’ve made a wine that will appeal to a lot of people.
