Black Gar­lic Mayo

If you’ve never tried black gar­lic, you need to! It’s reg­u­lar gar­lic that’s been slowly fer­mented un­til it’s su­per-savoury, slightly sweet and sticky.

Dish - - HERE COMES THE BUN -

2-3 cloves black gar­lic

½ cup may­on­naise

Take the gar­lic out of its skin and mash with a fork un­til smooth. Stir into the may­on­naise. MAKES ½ CUP
