Black Garlic Mayo

If you’ve never tried black garlic, you need to! It’s regular garlic that’s been slowly fermented until it’s super-savoury, slightly sweet and sticky.

2-3 cloves black garlic

½ cup mayonnaise

Take the garlic out of its skin and mash with a fork until smooth. Stir into the mayonnaise. MAKES ½ CUP
