An­chovy and Lemon Dress­ing


½ cup may­on­naise finely grated zest

1 lemon

2 ta­ble­spoons lemon juice

1 tea­spoon Di­jon mus­tard

2-4 an­chovy fil­lets in oil, drained (I use Or­tiz)

2 cloves gar­lic, crushed

2 ta­ble­spoons olive oil

¼ cup freshly grated parme­san

½ tea­spoon sea salt

Whisk all the in­gre­di­ents to­gether in a bowl. MAKES ¾ CUP
