The launch event is now fully booked, so a second Information Day has been set for Wednesday April 24.

There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom and threebedroom options available, each offering unique living spaces and outlooks, and all apartments are finished to a very high quality.
Most importantly, interested people will have the opportunity to preview and reserve the apartment they like best, before the sales team go more widely with their marketing programme.
Reserving an apartment can cost as little as $2000, which is fully refundable if there is a change of mind, so there is very little risk when considering a purchase.
The Information Day will be hosted at the Remuera
Golf Course and will also include a light lunch.
After the event, a dedicated sales office for The Avenue Apartments will be open for follow-up meetings at 367 Remuera Rd, on the corner of Clonbern and Remuera Rds.
