NEW LAUNCHES WE LOVE

-

This winter, Juliette Hogan adds to her ever-expanding product stable with JH Denim, a capsule collection that comprises high-waisted skinny and slim-style jeans, ankle-grazing skinnies and a slim pencil skirt. Available in two washes of black Japanese denim, this latest brand extension comes hot on the heels of JH Lounge, a three-piece cashmere line the designer introduced in April.

With soft, tactile textures and playful prints aplenty, Ruby’s AW18 Faux Pas collection is not only a celebration of your favourite furry friends, “it’s a constant reminder to cherish your imperfections”, says designer Deanna Didovich. Faux fur coats and graphic animal prints are a feline focal point, but watch out, too, for star-sprinkled ruffle gowns and blouses, arriving in June.

Season Five is a story of tough femininity told through contrasts of colour and fabric — think pink and lavender with shades of grey, and delicate silks mixed with utilitarian drill. A personal tribute to the women who the designer both “wishes to be and wishes to inspire”, the collection is informed by the words of writer and activist Cleo Wade, who preaches that “vulnerability is not weakness, it is our greatest measure of courage”. Already the last word on luxe leather bags,

Deadly Ponies ups its accessories offering this season with its inaugural belt line. Available in slim ladies’ and classic men’s widths, and made from classic black or brown bovine leather or, for a limited time, the brand’s coveted AW18 python print, the belts are the ideal accent to any outfit and a must-have for diehard Deadly Ponies fans.
