Why try it?

Sydney’s Bondi Beach is as well known for its Lycra-clad ladies as it is for its hot surfers, so when one of those ladies opens a Pilates studio, you know it’s got to be good. Following the success of her Peaches studio, Bondi local Tori Clapham launched an online Pilates programme to allow people from all over the world to join in on the peachy action.

What do you get for your bucks?

For AUD$154 you get access to eight workouts and a fitness plan, including a 30-minute signature Peaches Pilates class, 15-minute Cardio Shred, 20-minute BootyCamp, 30-minute Ball Workout, 25-minute Band Burn and 15-minute Abs Blast. They’ll post you a Peaches equipment pack with all the gear you need to complete the workouts, too.

What’s it like?

It’s tough, but the short and sharp workouts are over before you know it, and the six-week workout plan suggests only three sessions per week with disc workouts on alternate days. Keep an eye on the Facebook group, as Tori and her other trainer Bec often post new moves to help keep your Pilates game interestin­g.
