After the seven-day free trial, for AUD$19.99 per month or AUD$119.94 per year, you get access to a variety of different workouts, including Kayla’s signature 28-minute HIIT (highintensity interval training) sessions, yoga, post-pregnancy workouts and weight training with other female instructors. Because the workouts are designed to get you stronger each week, the exercises progress with you along the way.
What’s it like?
I’ve never been as sore as I was after my first BBG session — they’re intense! It’s 28 minutes of almost non-stop exertion but the time flies as most workouts operate on a seven-minute circuit. You can choose workouts that incorporate weights if you like, but you’ll get just as much of a burn doing it on the floor of your lounge with nothing but your own body weight.
