Break­fast wraps; a whole­some, pro­tein-packed meal

Egg wraps make a great low-carb, pa­leo, Fodmapfriendly al­ter­na­tive to bread; while we have served some on the side, you can eas­ily do with­out it. Eggs also have a high sati­ety factor – leav­ing you feel­ing full, and less likely to crave those mid-morn­ing snacks!
