Take shape

A simple topiary adds distinctive character to the garden and makes an excellent contrast to fluffy flowers or leafy groundcovers. Shrubs with small leaves are best for trimming. Choose classic green Buxus, quick-growing Lonicera nitida or use native corokias to create your topiary in shades of olive green, silver or bronze. Pictured below: Buxus sempervirens.
