Built in 1978, the orig­i­nal cot­tage that houses The Red­cliff uses au­then­tic, re­cy­cled ma­te­ri­als where pos­si­ble and brings an au­then­tic­ity to the re­gion’s din­ing scene. The menu show­cases Fiord­land’s strong hunt­ing and farm­ing in­dus­tries and features house cured meats, baby paua and Fiord­land wild veni­son.
