Luxury yoga and fitness retreat

Escape Haven has opened a new Super Luxe Uluwatu retreat on the cliff of Uluwatu, Bali. The property boasts two pools, spa, saunas, two gyms and yoga pavilion, with the week-long retreats on offer designed to nurture the mind, body and soul. During your stay a team of experts will coach and mentor you through a series of workshops on mindset, positivity, health, cooking and nutrition and fitness. The retreat also includes twice-daily yoga and meditation sessions held on an open-air platform high above the ocean, spa treatments and fitness workouts. Organic meals are created by a team of skilled chefs who specialise in whole foods; and each bedroom has an en suite overlooking the Indian Ocean where you can take a bath while taking in the view.
