Iced Dessert
Refined sugar-free Blackberry Whip delight
Serves 2
2 frozen bananas (skins removed) 1¼ cup frozen blackberries 1 cup ice ½ cup almond milk drizzle of maple syrup ½ tsp cinnamon
Slice the bananas – I often break them up just using my fingers – and throw them into a blender. Place the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth. I usually only blend for about 20 seconds. Don’t blend for too long or the ingredients will start to melt and the mixture will lose its ice cream-like texture. Top with your fave topping or enjoy as is – this recipe is absolutely delicious on its own.
