Re­fined su­gar-free Black­berry Whip de­light

Serves 2

2 frozen ba­nanas (skins re­moved) 1¼ cup frozen black­ber­ries 1 cup ice ½ cup al­mond milk driz­zle of maple syrup ½ tsp cin­na­mon

Slice the ba­nanas – I of­ten break them up just us­ing my fin­gers – and throw them into a blender. Place the rest of the in­gre­di­ents into the blender and blitz un­til smooth. I usu­ally only blend for about 20 sec­onds. Don’t blend for too long or the in­gre­di­ents will start to melt and the mix­ture will lose its ice cream-like tex­ture. Top with your fave top­ping or en­joy as is – this recipe is ab­so­lutely de­li­cious on its own.
