Sensory-friendly shopping

Commonsense Organics has started a sensory-friendly shopping hour each week to support people who are on the autism spectrum, or need a quiet time to shop. The sensoryfriendly hour is every Monday from 10am to 11am. During this time Commonsense stores have fewer lights in the store, and music off for the whole hour and all managers have had training from Autism New Zealand to help them prepare for the new service. commonsense organics.co.nz
