Green God­dess Dress­ing

This is a creamy, tasty lit­tle bit of heaven. So much more than just a dress­ing, it can be used as a dip for cru­dités, and as a sauce for a tart or quiche, roast veg or meat or a pan-fried piece of fish – it goes with al­most any­thing. Gluten-free

Makes 1 cup

½ cup of my Herby Mayo 1 av­o­cado

1 fat clove gar­lic a few basil leaves small bunch of pars­ley, leaves only small bunch of dill juice of ½ le­mon sea salt and freshly ground pep­per

Place all of the in­gre­di­ents in a food pro­ces­sor and blend un­til smooth. Taste and add salt and pep­per to your lik­ing. Serve a dol­lop on the side of your salad. This dress­ing will keep for sev­eral days in an air­tight con­tainer in the fridge.
