The last public con­sul­ta­tion meet­ing for Hamil­ton’s 10-Year plan will be held on Satur­day from 9am to 5pm at the CBD Shop­ping Cen­tre. Coun­cil staff will be avail­able to take sub­mis­sions and to an­swer ques­tions you may have about the con­sul­ta­tion doc­u­ment.

Clas­sic Car meet

Hamil­ton Vin­tage and Clas­sic Car Club & Clas­sics Mu­seum presents the 5th An­nual Hamil­ton Swap­meet. The meet is at the Clas­sics Mu­seum, 11 Rail­side Place, Frank­ton,sun­day, April 29, 7am-3pm. A $5 en­try fee ap­plies.

Taize ser­vice

St James Church, 82 Nixon Street, is hold­ing its monthly Taize ser­vice on Fri­day May 4 at 5.30pm fol­lowed by soup and buns. Taize is a quiet re­flec­tive ser­vice pop­u­lar in Europe. All wel­come.

Ticket win­ner

The win­ner of our dou­ble pass to the con­cert on Fri­day fea­tur­ing skilled French horn player Sa­muel Ja­cobs is Ser­gio Mar­shall. Thank you to all who en­tered the draw. Path clo­sure

Hamil­ton City Coun­cil is re­mind­ing peo­ple of the path clo­sure in Hayes Pad­dock this week. The closed sec­tion runs from the foot of Sil­lary St and into Dil­licar Park. This is to al­low for path re­pairs.
