The last public consultation meeting for Hamilton’s 10-Year plan will be held on Saturday from 9am to 5pm at the CBD Shopping Centre. Council staff will be available to take submissions and to answer questions you may have about the consultation document.
Classic Car meet
Hamilton Vintage and Classic Car Club & Classics Museum presents the 5th Annual Hamilton Swapmeet. The meet is at the Classics Museum, 11 Railside Place, Frankton,sunday, April 29, 7am-3pm. A $5 entry fee applies.
St James Church, 82 Nixon Street, is holding its monthly Taize service on Friday May 4 at 5.30pm followed by soup and buns. Taize is a quiet reflective service popular in Europe. All welcome.
The winner of our double pass to the concert on Friday featuring skilled French horn player Samuel Jacobs is Sergio Marshall. Thank you to all who entered the draw. Hamilton City Council is reminding people of the path closure in Hayes Paddock this week. The closed section runs from the foot of Sillary St and into Dillicar Park. This is to allow for path repairs.
