.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

Yes folks, the wait is finally over, with Shania Twain, the world’s top-selling female country artist of all time having confirmed that she will indeed be performing in New Zealand for the very first time.

Her first show is sold out and the second is fast heading that way.

To prime you for these much-anticipated events we have a copy of her latest release NOW. Containing the singles Life’s About To Get Good, Swingin’ With My Eyes Closed, Who’s Gonna Be Your Girl and We Got Something They Don’t among its 16 stellar tracks it’s a must have for your music collection.

With three consecutive Diamond (that’s sales of 10 million or more!) selling albums to her credit — The Woman In Me, Come On Over and Up — fans just can’t get enough of the five-time Grammy award winning artist.

So what can you expect to see her perform during her show?

Apart from the aforementioned singles from NOW there’s a host of catchy tunes that could rate as possible contenders — Poor Me, Let’s Kiss And make Up, I’m Alright, Soldier and More Fun instantly spring to mind.

Then there’s the hits, and man are there plenty of those to choose from!

Look out for all time favourites such as You’re Still The One, From This Moment, That Don’t Impress Me Much and Man I Feel Like A Woman. And let’s not forget about Honey I’m Home, Rock This Country, I’m Gonna Getcha Good, Whose Bed Have Your Boots been Under and Don’t Be Stupid (You Know I Love You) to name but a few!

Pick up a copy of NOW and grab a ticket to the show. Now, before they’re all gone!

The entertainment phenomenon that is P!nk continues to shock, stun and amaze, not the least with the announcement of yet another (her fifth!) show at Spark Arena for her Beautiful Trauma tour.

We’ve got a copy of Beautiful Trauma up for grabs as the ideal precursor to her upcoming shows. It contains awesome singles and top tracks such as What About Us, Beautiful Trauma, Revenge, Secrets, For Now, Barbies, and I Am Here.

Expect to see those and hits and fan favourites such as Get The Party Started, Just Like A Pill, Try, Just Give Me A Reason, Just Like Fire, F**kin’ Perfect (the clean version!), Raise Your Glass, Bow Me (One Last Kiss), So What, and Glitter In The Air among others, performed at the show.

There’s been a lot said about her live show, the first time she will have graced our shores since 2007. Apparently, the enduring pop star is at one point suspended upside-down and dangling above the crowd, supported only by a dancer-acrobat clutching her left foot. Reportedly there was no harness (that might have to change in NZ!) as she climbs on to the muscular man, posing and twirling, somehow maintaining a level of sensuality through it all.

Oh, and she’s singing live the entire time — on key and belting.

This is real danger, folks. And the thrill that accompanies it, and bleeds into the rest of this marvellous two-hour performance, is something of electrifying, addictive wonder. Through
