Frisbee – catch it in Hamilton

Hamilton News - - FRONT PAGE -

The best of the best in Ultimate Frisbee will converge on Hamilton on November 23 for the New Zealand Mixed Ultimate Frisbee Championships.

The event will bring together over 20 teams from all over New Zealand to compete in the small, but growing sport of Ultimate Frisbee.

The upcoming tournament will be the final event in Gower Park, after a three-year term of hosting the tournament.

Ultimate frisbee is a fun, fast, fair-minded sport which is self officiated. Players must get to the opposing team's end zone to score a goal, however they are unable to hold the frisbee for longer than 10 seconds.

The Ultimate Frisbee Championships are coming to Hamilton on November 23.
