We were born of the pandemic, opening in August 2020, to lift your spirits into unchartered wholeness. Yoga, Massage, Counselling, and Fitness form our four-edged pyramid of mind-body transformation. With every new sunrise, we embrace the life-giving energy of all the East Coast has to offer, from locally produced innovations, to the sunny outdoors, and the latest in functional and integrative medicine. We ascribe to a solid work-life balance, holding classes at times scientifically proven to strengthen your metabolism, promote a positive outlook on life, and encourage weight loss. Eastern Energetics began as Mentha Massage in 2013, and Claudia Beacham Massage Therapist 2016, before crystallising as Eastern Energetics Limited 2021. Claudia is Eastern Energetics, keeping her hand on each level of service, as both Director and practitioner. She facilitates personal and community growth as a Youth Worker, Counsellor, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Group Exercise Instructor. in New Zealand. Of Asian, Lebanese, Italian, and British descent, Claudia is, as one Jordanian described, “Mediterranean”. We are the only studio offering Christian Yoga and its derivative, Maranatha Yoga, in New Zealand.
