Op Shop thanks

The Vestry of the Whangamata Anglican Church, on behalf of the Anglican Op Shop, recently approved the following donations: Whangamata Foodbank $500; Westpac Rescue Helicopter $500; Whangamata Surf Club — Juniors $500; Whangamata Playcentre $500; Whangamata Area School $500; Whangamata Community Gardens $400, Whangamata Dotterel Group $400. Total donations were $3300.

These donations were made possible by the support of the Whangamata community which has donated generously to the Anglican Op Shop in Ocean Rd, Whangamata.

So thank you to the people of our town for their continuing donations of saleable goods to the Op Shop.

We are indeed fortunate in Whangamata to have such support.

Please remember to leave donations at the Op Shop during the open hours of our shop as we are having a problem with theft of goods left in front of the shop during the hours that the shop is closed.
