On Friday hot chips were at the ready, whenSWAProducts membersAnnabel Klingender and Olivia Addiswere joined by TukitukiMPCraig Foss, Xero CEO Rod Drury, and business mentorAdvintage owner John Macpherson, for a video to promote the product.

Not only did the Tukituki Thunder taste test go downwell— the taste testers were able to stop sampling for just long enough to say “It’s good”— but the sauce is already becoming popular in the wider market, with 90 bottles of the limited edition sold just in the past couple of days from Advintage.

It is available in store and online, however business owners Annabel, Olivia, Tim Macpherson, AlanWeiss and TayneAitchison were already looking forward to having their product in major supermarkets throughout New Zealand.

“We wanted a professional product that stood out from the usual tomato sauces both in terms of flavour and branding,” group spokesman Tim Macpherson says. Habanero chillies and sultanas give the sauce its unique flavour profile.
