Lamb saag isn’t the pret­ti­est dish, but it is­mighty tasty and easy.

Saag, some­times called saag­wala, is a leaf-based South Asian dish and can be made­with spinach as I have here, mus­tard or col­lard greens or just about any green you can think of. I pre­fer pure´eing the greens.

Lamb saag

Any meat can be used for this dish and an­other pop­u­lar saag dish is saag aloo or spinach­with po­tato. Serves 4

TASTY: Lamb saag isn’t the pret­ti­est dish, but makes up for it in flavour.
