Not so pretty but tasty brew
Lamb saag isn’t the prettiest dish, but it ismighty tasty and easy.
Saag, sometimes called saagwala, is a leaf-based South Asian dish and can be madewith spinach as I have here, mustard or collard greens or just about any green you can think of. I prefer pure´eing the greens.
Any meat can be used for this dish and another popular saag dish is saag aloo or spinachwith potato. Serves 4
TASTY: Lamb saag isn’t the prettiest dish, but makes up for it in flavour.
