FACEBOOK FEEDBACK
Our Facebook post “Overwhelming community support for 87-year-old attack victim” has prompted the following responses.
● Kelly Smith: No person should have to go through what this poor man did. I can’t afford a lot but I am donating as a show of faith, so hopefully this elder member of our community feels a sense of restored faith that there are still good people out there who care. And to those who did this: I cannot think of a more low thing to do. How would you feel if it were your parent or grandparent? Shame on you!
● Trish Martin: Countdown needs to put security cameras outside in the carpark. Another person had their handbags snatched, also injured. I think I will shop elsewhere now. Two in a week.
● Kelly Mcalees:
● CampbellCavey: Yes, Countdown does need to up the game. I feel for this man, not to mention the poor lady that was attacked.
● Jennifer Hodge: Big hugs to this gentleman. Hopefully they catch the idiots and, when caught, hopefully the judges do their job and stop mollycoddling them. Jail them.
● Kat Torwick: They need a security officer to stand around the door. Supermarkets should be safe!
THOUGHT OF THE DAY: These lovely HB spring days make me want to . . .
