New CEO for council

Hastings District Council has a new chief executive, To’osavili Nigel Bickle. Mayor Sandra Hazlehurst said it was an exciting time for the council. “Mr Bickle is a passionate, driven and experienced leader who values and understands the importance of relationships.” Bickle is moving from his role as head of the Government’s Provincial Development Unit, the group which manages the Provincial Growth Fund.
