■ Norsewood/Dannevirke/ Pongaroa:

Dannevirke police attended four domestic violence incidents during the week. A police safety order was issued to one person and two people were warned for fighting in a public place.

Over the weekend November 2-4 Dannevirke police attended three vehicle accidents and processed three people for driving under the influence of alcohol.

■ Eketahuna/Pahiatua/ Woodville:

On November 5 an address on Halls Rd, Pahiatua, was broken into and food stolen from the fridge. This is the second burglary on Halls Rd in two weeks.

About October 31 a tailgate from a Brent Smith trailer was located on State Highway 2 near the Pahiatua Golf Course. If you are missing one and you think this belongs to you please contact the Dannevirke police.

Pahiatua police attended eight family violence incidents.

Between October 19 and November 1 eight beehives were stolen from a property on Bowen Rd, Eketahuna. The hives are bright white and yellow with a red coloured stripe on the lids. The hives are all branded with the marking ‘E16’.

Between November 3-4 a vehicle on Herbert St, Eketahuna, was entered and an attempt made to steal the car. Fortunatel­y the offenders were not successful.

On November 4 a person stole the pushbike pictured from the back of a ute parked on Ormond St, Woodville. Police have arrested and charged a suspect but the bike is still missing. If anyone knows the whereabout­s of the bike police would really appreciate being notified so they can return it to the owner.
