1 A Merry Lit­tle Christ­mas Fair Bring the fam­ily to join in the fes­tiv­i­ties with spe­cial guest Santa! Lots of fun things hap­pen­ing for chil­dren, with all funds raised sup­port­ing the lo­cal com­mu­nity. Santa is vis­it­ing from 11am-1pm and for a gold coin do­na­tion, par­ents are more than wel­come to take pho­tos of their chil­dren with Santa. All funds raised go­ing to­wards presents for the Hawke’s Bay Hos­pi­tal Chil­dren’s Ward. Santa’s grotto staged by Christ­mas Won­der­land Hawke’s Bay.

The mar­ket sea­son opens with the new sea­son’s as­para­gus, straw­ber­ries and ar­ti­chokes and

fin­ishes as sum­mer comes to an end with stone fruit, pep­pers and beans. As well as all the sea­sonal pro­duce, the mar­ket is crammed with freshly baked bread, lo­cally roasted cof­fee, flow­ers, meat, pick­les, olive oil, or­ganic veges, laven­der prod­ucts, etc.
