Sophie is the newest member of the team having started working at Peak Appearance six months ago, bringing with her six years of experience in the industry.
She says starting her new job was the highlight of her year and the goal for 2019 is to continue enjoying her job and her clients. “I love coming to work,” she said.
For Debbie, a mother of three, the highlight of her year was the birth of her youngest son and managing a good work/home balance. “Peak Appearance is my escape — it’s the place I come to enjoy time with my clients.”
Her goal for next year is education both for herself and her clients.
For Lara the highlight of her year has been receiving CO2 laser treatment “and my natural crusade”. Her goal for next year is to inspire people to be healthy.
They all agree that appearance medicine is far more acceptable and affordable than it was just five years ago.
“For us the goal is to accentuate our client’s natural features. Sausage lips are a thing off the past. We all love great lips but find that a lot of people get put off when they see on social media those with unnaturally fat lips.
“People know a bit more about fillers these days and they know what they want — the really refined, better looking skin and natural healthy looking appearance.”
The women all agree that the best thing you can do for your skin is use sun protection. “Not just on your face. You wrinkle everywhere so use it on any skin exposed to the sun.”

Asked to tell us something surprising about themselves, Sophie replied that she had started training for a multi sport event, Debbie revealed she is a chronic over-sharer and loves to tell stories while Lara said she loves to pop things — “pimples, cysts, if it needs popping I’ll do it”.
