Parking spaces at supermarkets and doctors need to be made larger. SUVs are a lot wider than ordinary family cars.

Congratulations to all the competitors in the Weetbix Kids Tryathlon. You all did a sterling job.

Completely empathise with Rachelle re HNZ tenant problems. Same in Fleming Cres. Took just one unruly family there to now cause ongoing mayhem & mess.

It would really be appreciated if truck drivers did NOT use engine brakes at the Meeanee Quay / Watchman Rd roundabout. They are so noisy and this is a residential area.

Come on everybody support the Taradale RSA. Mike Savage and Wildhorses are entertaining you on Friday night, and we should all make a big effort to show that we do appreciate everything the club is trying to do to stay open.

I wonder if the HDC’s traffic experts have tried to turn right onto the Hastings Havelock North Rd from Norton Rd. Obviously not as if they had the would have realised putting a supermarket across the intersection would create total continual traffic mayhem.

Congratulations to P.J. Krueger, good to see a Kiwi thinks things out. Last four presidents said a wall was needed Donald Trump had the mettle to do it. He protects his citizens. What a brilliant state of the nation speech he made.

Instead of pay rises, abolish GST. It only favours those who are able to claim back on their BMW purchases, mortgage, phone, rates, food, petrol

How many times are they going to dig up Te Mata Rd? Jobs for the boys or increase in rates or bad quote a year ago. Jenny Morison

Winston Peters’ verbal attack on Simon Bridges yesterday in Parliament was both nasty and vindictive. Peters has never got over losing to Simon in Tauranga.

Woken up the other night to the sound of a drunken brawl going on in the street, the tenants were from a HNZ house, I’ve also had it related to me that other neighbours have experienced the same thing, some of these tenants give the impression ‘they just don’t care’! There are other tenants though that do care, they do take pride, come on people, surely you want better than a ‘drunken brawl’
