Dave and Jeneen Walls have been Platinum Homes Hawkes Bay licensees and passionate advocates for Platinum Homes for 16 years. Part of the original team which set up Platinum Homes, they moved to Hawke’s Bay to establish their business in 2007.

Their latest achievement is the opening of their new Platinum Homes showhome at 21 Manapouri Street, Parklands, Napier. “It’s been a fantastic experience designing and building another superb Platinum Home and we can’t wait to show everyone through.

“It’s been a great challenge working with a modest sized site – very common these days. We have created a spacious family home, boasting a generously sized master bedroom with ensuite, great storage and a large open plan living area with a separate media room. The kitchen design is from HK Kitchens and sits in the heart of the home with easy access to covered outdoor living area. There are four bedrooms, a separate office and an internal double garage with a separate laundry. This is an awesome 253sqm family home.”
