Pushing out protesters

Police are looking to move on a group of Parliament protesters who are now occupying another bay in Wellington. The land at Shelly Bay had been occupied by Mau Whenua group activists since November 2020, but they’ve moved on. Wellington Mayor Andy Foster said former Parliament protesters have now moved in. He said it’s in the hands of police, but it’s unclear what they want.
