Yes, and here’s an easy recipe: Preheat the oven to 180C. Melt 75g butter in a pot, cool slightly then stir in 1⁄2 cup caster sugar. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 1⁄2 cups self raising flour and 1⁄4 cup milk, fold together until combined then divide the mixture between 10 to 15 paper cases, depending on size. Bake for about 15 minutes, cool on a wire rack and ice when cold.
