Eating disorder help

Eating disorder services will get a boost in this week’s Budget — likely the first targeted injection in more than a decade. Newstalk ZB yesterday revealed the system is buckling with sky-high wait times and people turning up at hospital in crisis. Ahead of the Budget announcement tomorrow, Health Minister Andrew Little confirmed cash is coming. and there will be an announcement on eating disorders. The Government has put $1m aside for specialist mental health and addiction services over four years.
