1. What’s is the best thing about running a business in Hawke’s Bay?

Given the challenges of the last two years with Covid etc it has been great to get the support of the local HB community.

2. What do you wish you knew when you started?

I have learnt so much since I started butchering however the most important thing for me is to treat all customers in the same way you want to be treated and I think if this is your goal you won’t go wrong.

3. What are some cuts of meat that go a long way when it comes to feeding a family?

Pork Spare Ribs – pork belly – lamb shanks – rump steak – )

5. What is the most unusual meat you have eaten?

Alpaca.
