Double helping of spirit of Christmas
With Christmas beckoning, Aubyn Live Theatre invites you through its doors and into the merry land of Christmas to enjoy two heart-warming productions on one night that promise singing, audience participation and honest-to-good family fun.
First up is a musical adaptation of everyone’s favourite Christmas classic Bah Humbug, set to Bill Francoeur’s original music this uplifting retelling tasks Ebenezer Scrooge with meeting three Yuletide spirits.
We share his journey as he faces his demons and find out if he learns from the Christmas spirit or is doomed to spend his after life in chains.
Following Bah Humbug will be a second-half concert showcasing a range of Christmas songs performed by the theatre’s talented members. Featuring a mix of Christmas songs, performed in a range of styles ranging from individual to ensemble singing, all the old favourites will be there along with some exciting new additions. Suitable for patrons of all ages two matinees are included on December 3 and 11.
