Gang member held

Hendrix Jury, a gang member who flew to Hawke’s Bay and spent a month on the run following a shooting in Christchurch, has yet to plead to assault, wounding and firearms charges. Jury appeared in the Hastings District Court on Tuesday via audio-visual link from prison and was further remanded in custody until December 13. Jury was convicted and discharged on a single charge of breaching release conditions, after he admitted his guilt.
