The dispute

■ Wynyard Quarter Residents Association object to the height of Orams Marine’s new four-peaked 24.9m tall dualbay boat servicing sheds, 160 Beaumont St;

■ Application made by Residents Association to High Court for judicial review;

■ This is opposite the new apartments, 30 Madden on the Beaumont/Madden St intersection;

■ Residents say that the new servicing shed should be only 18m tall;

■ Orams Marine says they got valid consent to go higher and needed to;

■ Residents challenge consent being granted on a non-notified basis so they got no say;

■ Those in the new 30 Madden apartments by Willis Bond are most affected.
