A New Plymouth man has celebrated becoming multimillionaire — with a spicy takeaway and couple of beers. The regular player won $24 million in last week’s first division draw. After being unaware of his victory, the man checked the numbers and was in disbelief after seeing his winnings at the local lotto shop.
