M.bovis tracing

Farmers are being warned that not keeping accurate tracing records will hamper efforts to eradicate Mycoplasma bovis. Biosecurity New Zealand is urging farmers to keep specific records for National Animal Identification and Tracing. Six properties are infected with M. bovis in mid-Canterbury. M.bovis programme director Simon Andrew says most infected properties will be cleared by early next year.
