Fox has wait to see if he makes cut

Kiwi golfer Ryan Fox faces an anxious wait to see if he makes the British Masters cut after play was suspended. Eddie Pepperell led with a three-under 69 at Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey. Fox was tied for 75th, one shot outside the cut line after a solid second round 73 moved him up the leaderboard. He will need five players to drop to his score to see any weekend action, with enough players still on the course to make that a possibility. One under going out, Fox double bogeyed his 10th hole, then bogeyed 12 and 14, until an eagle on the 510m par five 6th (his 15th) gave him hope.
