When it came out, Forrest Gump seemed like the longest movie ever made, but at two hours 20 minutes it’s shorter than your average superhero movie is these days. Not bad for a movie that manages to cover half a century of American history. Will there ever be a sequel? Forrest Gump definitely had Enron shares, and where was he on 9/11?
