Smoke problems

Smoke on a highway in the central Hawke’s Bay district is thought to have led to a two-vehicle crash yesterday. Emergency services responded to the crash on SH2 at O¯ ta¯ne yesterday. Police said they believed the low visibility due to smoke in the area had contributed to the crash.
