BoConcept has released the Ottawa modular sofa, the latest addition to the popular range by designer Karim Rashid. With free-flowing lines and organic shapes, the Ottawa’s low profile makes it ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

Infinitely flexible, the sofa comes in 10 different modules including ottomans, tridirectional and omni-directional modules, as well as backless and conventional sofa modules. The collection also features power sockets and USB ports, and a sleek, low-profile side table.

The collection is designed to encourage collaboration and conversation in modern workplaces, hotels and lounges, where the last thing you want is a gigantic coffee table – and on that basis it was awarded a Good Design award in Europe last year. Though, just quietly, we think it would look pretty good at home, too.
