FAIRFIELD PALMS, HOROWHENUA

-

Experienced builders Craig Diffey and Malcolm Davie are well underway with a new subdivision on Fairfield Road.

Close to town and with excellent views of the hills, Fairfield Palms has 28 house lots available. Six house and land packages have already been sold.

Both men own their own building companies and have done lifestyle properties, residential properties and subdivisions, but Fairfield Palms is their first joint venture. The block of land they are building on and have named Fairfield Palms – previously hidden from view, the subdivision is now open and inviting. Progressing quickly, all storm water and services have been completed, roading is going in and the first house is moving quickly to completion.

Sections can already be bought for a $20,000 deposit, the balance of the price of the section purchased, which depends on the size of the section, is due when the titles become available.

The site will be developed in two stages, and is now selling stage one. The actual house building is expected to take 16 weeks for each house.

The sections are generous sizes, from 700sqm up to 1300sqm and the whole subdivision will be landscaped.

Owners can have huge input on how their homes will be laid out and look. Fairfield Palms has the services of an experienced and creative architect, who can help design or modify plans. “Everyone is different, so some will have specific wishes for their new home, which can be accommodated,” says Craig. There are house and land packages also available for sale.

Homes are completed to the point where only the window dressings are excluded.

The grounds will be completed with paths and driveways.

Each section has been carefully and strategically placed to achieve maximum benefits such as view, sun, practicality and privacy. Both men are confident they will deliver on time, within budget and will exceed everyone’s expectations.
