New UCOL courses are on offer in Horowhenua
UCOL Horowhenua has plenty of new courses starting soon and most of them are free.
Most courses start on February 21, with places still available in construction level 3, early childhood education level 3 and 4, and beauty therapy level 4 and 5.
Beauty therapy Level 5, a new course introduced this year, has bumper enrolments thanks to strong industry and learner demand. Construction, which is fees free thanks to the Government’s free trades funding, has also remained strong over the last three years.
UCOL is also looking at introducing more programmes such as construction trades supervision level 5, specialised skin care therapy level 6, mental health, enrolled nursing, automotive, farming systems, and agriculture.
Anyone interested in any of these can phone 0800 GO UCOL or email enquiries@ucol.ac.nz. These programmes may start as soon as July.
